heathy life style ♥

Have you ever wondered how much your diet and excise mean to your body? I know you would rather sit on your couch and eat chips and ice cream all day and night. But we all know that is a bad idea. If you have a run every morning that is a good idea. All you need is to get into those heathy habits. Little by little you will most likely live longer. Just think if you live a heathy lifestyle your be happy and have less stress. Maybe this paper will inspire you to live a heathy lifestyle.

If your exercise every day we also need to eat a heathy diet , like fruits a vegetables. Also food high in calcium to keep your bones healthy and strong. Low in fat foods is good to. Also foods high in protein. I learned that antitoxins fight cancer. And fruits and vegetables contain antitoxins. So that affected me by eating more fruits because I didn’t want cancer. Also I learned how important exercise is, so I got more exercise. Diet and exercising level affects my health because it is important to eat calcium to keep bones strong. Also eat food that has more protein. Also fruits and vegetable that is high in antitoxins. Also exercising to keep my body strong and healthy.

There are some places that have longer living people like Sardinia, Okinawa, Loma Linda, and Costa Rica have people who live longer than average people. These places are called blue zones. In Costa Rica people eat fruits and vegetables Also wraps with high protein. In another blue zone is Sardinia. They drink wine with high antitoxins. In another blue zone called Okinawa they eat fish, vegetables, and tofu in Okinawa. Retirement in these blue zones does not exist. That’s how they live a healthy lifestyle. It helps to have a healthy lifestyle. It helps to stay active because it keeps your bones strong and healthy. Blue zones help me eat better food because in the blue zones you live longer. So that inspired me to live a healthful lifestyle.

There is something in your body called a free radical. They are cells that hurt your body. They try to latch on to mancalas that hurts the monocles and makes them into a free radical. This is called a chain. There are some sources of free radicals like pollution. There is also is also sources that you do with your choices like smoking and what you eat. There is a cure for free radicals. No medication (which I would say is an awesome) all you have to do is eat fruits and vegetables that have a lot of antitoxins. Like Acai berries that have 1,027 antitoxins and broccoli has a lot too. Even just strawberries or apples. Which you can find at your local grocery store

There is a source that you can use to eat a heathy lifestyle. It is called MyPyramid. MyPyramid is a chart that shows heathy food in groups and shoes the right serving in each group. There are five food groups which is grains, fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy. A lot of people do not eat the correct amount of food in each group. Usually us Americans don’t but the people who do are living a heathy and better life. I myself try to eat from every food group and the right amount of per group. But who said it was going to be easy. Sometimes you do have to force yourself. But sometimes you can eat some junk food. You need some oils in your body. But that must be limited. There is a food group you should eat the most of which is grains. You need 6 oz. of grains per day. Grains contain of popcorn, muffins, noodles, bread, and wraps. There is also a food group you should eat less of which is fruit. The problem with fruit is that it is very surgery. But contains antitoxins. You need 1 ½ cup of fruit each day. If you think about it that is not a lot. I hope that helps you eat a better diet.

There are some influences that effect you’re eating. There are emotions that effect you’re eating. Let’s say you are sad, angry, lonely, or sad. There are also peers that influence your food choices. Like let’s say your cosines eat McDonalds every day. That might make you eat McDonalds every day to. Or sometimes it is a good thing like maybe your friend eats a salad every day. That might make you eat salads every day too. If you eat that for lunch every day for a couple of months, that will become a heathy habit. If you have more heathy habit you will live a heathy diet and lifestyle. Also meal planning is important as well. It is good to meal plan because you plan heathy foods and it motivates me to eat a heathy lifestyle as well. And it actually is a good way to relax. It lets my mind relax too.

If you are physically active it is good to maintain your health because it means your excise more. And it won’t be a chore. So your be happy doing it. And you do it more than a person who is not physically active. There is a thing in your nutrition facts called a calorie. It is energy that your body stores. If you eat too much calories that your body can’t use. Then it is not heathy. But if you eat less than what you need that it is also unhealthy. So that’s why you need the just right amount of calories. There are some excises you can do to burn calories. Like jump roping, running, walking, hula humping, swimming, dancing, and skipping. Also there are sports that burn calories like basketball, soccer, gymnastics, volleyball, football, baseball, and soft ball. There are activities that do not burn calories. Like watching Netflix, Playing video games, or watching YouTube.

When you look in the mirror and look at yourself, you might be looking at your body image. Your body image is the way your body looks. You might like your body image. You might not. Some things affect your body image like TV shows, movies, and commercials. If you’re favorite singer is thin and talking about her heathy diet than that might make you think of your body image. You might try to look like your favorite singer.

I learned that what you eat really does affect your health. Also that a lot of people don’t live a heathy lifestyle. So this inspired me to eat from each food group each day. Also the correct amounts. Also to excise more. So I can live a long heathy life.

I hope this paper inspires you to eat healthier from each food group. Also to excise daily. It is for your own good. You will thank me later.
